Railroader's daughter - born and raised on a windy hill in Eastern Montana overlooking the Milk River.   Wandered for a good number of years - Wanderlust, Mother would say, inherited from my Father's side of the family.  I called Alaska home for 32 years.  And as the poem says - "You feel like an exile at first - You hate it like hell for a season - And then you are worse than the worst."  Spent seven and a half years driving tours through Alaska and the Yukon.

Writing has been a passion since childhood - I think I started in the third grade!!  I have written and self published 3 books. The story of a marriage gone wrong and my Father's life story are waiting.  I began painting about fifteen years ago.  I enjoy creating - stories, mobiles, paintings, jewelry, ornaments.

Somewhat of a loner - proabably by choice more than anything else - I am introspective and often lost in myriads of thought lines - usually to do with creativity of one kind or another.

Spontaneous and eager to be on the go just as easily as curl up with book or computer or dive headlong into  painting, beading or other craft.

Family is extremely important to me - though I spent so many years away that I am a virtual stranger to my siblings.  My children and grandchildren are the center of my world.

I am just beginning to learn my away around the net - stumbling like a newborn baby trying to figure out how to walk.

I am testing the waters of web based entrepeneurship.- Below are links to a couple of my endeavors - I invite you to browse.
